What is the difference between full-service planning and day-of coordination?

Full-service planning means we guide you from the engagement through the send-off — vendors, design, budget and timeline. Day-of coordination means you plan the wedding and we run it flawlessly on the day, managing the timeline, vendors and every detail.

How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?

Couples typically book full-service planning 12 to 18 months out and day-of coordination 4 to 6 months out. If your date is sooner, call us — we will tell you honestly whether we can give your wedding the attention it deserves.

Do you offer bilingual wedding coordination?

Yes. We plan and coordinate in English and Spanish, which matters when families and vendors speak different languages. Every announcement, cue and vendor conversation can happen in both.

Do we have to get married at your venue?

No. We coordinate at a partner ballroom in Casselberry beside our showroom, but we plan weddings at venues throughout Central Florida — and we can source and secure the right space for you.

Can you work with vendors we have already booked?

Absolutely. We are happy to work with vendors you love, and we will manage the contracts, timelines and day-of communication with all of them.

Six to nine months is comfortable for a full Sweet 16 with a venue, DJ and décor. If your date is sooner, call us — we often make shorter timelines work when the calendar allows.

A quinceañera is a 15th-birthday celebration rooted in Latin American tradition, with a court, a vals and ceremonial moments. A Sweet 16 is a 16th-birthday party with far more freedom in theme and format. We plan both, and we are happy to blend traditions if that fits your family.
