Full-service planning means we guide you from the engagement through the send-off — vendors, design, budget and timeline. Day-of coordination means you plan the wedding and we run it flawlessly on the day, managing the timeline, vendors and every detail.
Couples typically book full-service planning 12 to 18 months out and day-of coordination 4 to 6 months out. If your date is sooner, call us — we will tell you honestly whether we can give your wedding the attention it deserves.
Yes. We plan and coordinate in English and Spanish, which matters when families and vendors speak different languages. Every announcement, cue and vendor conversation can happen in both.
No. We coordinate at a partner ballroom in Casselberry beside our showroom, but we plan weddings at venues throughout Central Florida — and we can source and secure the right space for you.
Absolutely. We are happy to work with vendors you love, and we will manage the contracts, timelines and day-of communication with all of them.
