Amore Events II & Consulting is a full-service event planning, design and coordination company based in Casselberry, Florida. One of the advantages of working with us is convenience: we coordinate celebrations at Rhythm & Smooth, a partner ballroom located in the same plaza as our showroom — and we can just as easily plan your event at any other venue across Central Florida.
Whether you're planning a wedding, quinceañera, sweet sixteen, bridal or baby shower, milestone birthday, anniversary, retirement party or corporate gathering, we handle the planning, design, décor and day-of coordination from start to finish. If you'd like us to source and secure the right space for you, we'll do that too — in Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford or anywhere across Seminole County.
How the venue part actually works. Most couples and families come to us for the planning first and the room second. If Rhythm & Smooth suits your date, your guest count and your budget, booking it through us keeps everything under one contact — we are already in the building. If it doesn't, we source and secure somewhere that does, and nothing about our service changes. We work regularly with hotel ballrooms, waterfront pavilions, country clubs and church halls across Seminole and Orange County, and we are happy to work at a venue you have already booked.
What we bring to any room. Design and décor, centerpiece rentals, vendor sourcing and management, a build timeline, and day-of coordination so no one in your family is directing traffic. See wedding planning, quinceañera planning, corporate events, or the venues and vendors we work with.
